Living, exchanging, and learning!

Last week Yázigi offered one of the most interesting, exciting, and profitable seminars that a language school can possibly offer. YILTS (Yázigi Internexus Language Teaching Seminar) happens every two years and had its tenth edition in 2011, in the wonderful city of Sao Paulo-Brazil. Yázigi could join over 700 teachers from all over Brazil - English and Spanish teachers.

For three days, Yázigi teachers could experience the opportunity of having fresh ideas, help, inputs, besides assistance to minimum details that come to the purpose of having better classes, and a nice and fun environment to learn a foreign language.

The event also featured national and international icons that are really engaged with educational issues specially to the digital era that we are living worldwide and social media.

With this in mind, teachers presented mini-courses, workshops, papers in which the main objective was sharing experiences, exchanging information, and coming up with fresh ideas to offer Yázigi students what is the best in terms of learning a language in a language school.

I was one of the presenters and I can say that, although I felt very nervous for 5 seconds, the sensation of being part of this sharing moment has no price at all.

It is rewarding to know that so many teachers still think as real educators and care a lot about the future and the results that the citizens we are helping now already show and will show.

So, if you have a teacher that you like a lot, check out this other video found on the internet and suggested by Nani Maciel - YAtibaia-SP.

Thank you all.
